i know we’ve been making a lot of drink posts lately, but it’s just too hot to cook, or do anything else, really. plus, this one is really great for extra-hot days!
blend until smoothie consistency:
- 3-4 cups (or handfuls) frozen strawberries
- 2 cups watermelon, melon-balled (we soaked these in triple sec, if you’re into alcoholic drinks)
- 1 cup cucumber
- 1 cup almond milk, or just enough to keep the blade spinning (and more triple sec, for good measure)
