Product Review Time: Pure Chocolate Brownie Bars
I’m obsessed. Most “health” bars out there are dry and artificial, but these Pure bars are organic, vegan and amazingly tasty for a wannabe-brownie. They’re very fudgy - you may not be a fan if you like cakey brownies - and packed with nuts. I have no idea how they managed to make such simple ingredients taste like a fudgy brownie but I’m not complaining.
So if you’re craving a brownie but don’t want to splurge on calories or fat, try one out!
Nutrition Info: 1 bar

don’t beat yourself up about wanting sugary foods like cookies and candy—there’s a reason why you’re craving it.
our bodies naturally want three things: sugar, fat, and salt.
so the next time you’re dying to have a chocolate chip cookie, grab a fruit instead. wait 15 minutes, and watch your craving disappear.
Yeah I’d rather be eating a Toblerone, but this will do to hold over my random chocolate craving
Raspberry Rockets (a.k.a. white chocolate filled raspberries that are perfect for a sweet craving)
- 20 raspberries (20)
- 20 white chocolate chips (34)
Wash the raspberries by holding them under gently running water or submerging in a bowl of water and agitating gently. Allow the raspberries to air-dry by simply putting them on a towel. Once dry, insert one chip into each berry with flat side of the chip facing you. Serve.
Each serving (10 raspberry rockets) holds 27 calories
This is a fabulous idea!
