Breakfast
- Green fruit smoothie:
1/2 cup frozen mangos
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 banana
3 tbsp plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp honey
Blend and enjoy!
Lunch
- Whole wheat pasta with marinara
- Veggie meatballs
- Mixed green salad
Snack
- 1 slice chocolate chip banana bread
- watermelon
Dinner
- Chicken biryani
- Whole wheat naan bread
- Mixed veggies
