Intuitive eating is basically being in tune with and distinguishing between the body’s needs and the mind’s wants and responding accordingly. It’s eating without rules, but knowing your limits. It’s difficult to define since it’s a general theory and there’s no specific approach to it, but it’s useful for building a holistic relationship with food. See this page for more info.
