I dont speak well english :S so i dont know how to ask you but i would like to know how you get the thingss over your hips like the two things just under your waist
Assuming you’re talking about the Adonis belt, aka the glorious V-cut, it’s largely genetic and to build and define them to you need to
1. Lower your body fat through clean diet and cardio exercise
2. Target your lower abs and obliques with exercises such as side twists, planks, and leg raises
