Building tons of muscle takes dedication and effort so if you don’t want it, you won’t get it. If you want to lose fat, do cardio exercise at least 3-4x a week, and eat a clean diet with minimal amounts of processed foods. Your body is rapidly growing so make sure you eat enough, around 1500-2000 calories a day, and stay active.
