The past 6 weeks i've been really healthy. I saw a difference in my energy levels and I dropped 3 kilos. Recently, i weighed myself again and seemed to have re gained all the weight. How is this possible? I work out frequently and only eat foods that are good!
You’ve probably gained muscle. Muscle is denser than fat, so you can look slimmer but weight the same or more. Changes in energy levels and clothing sizes are better indicators of progress than weight.
