Hey there, I usually walk two to three times a week and my eating habits arent TOO outrageous, but I was wondering if there was any exercise that specifically targeted bum and thighs? I know people always say you cant choose where to lose it from but I was just wondering if you could recommend anything... Do bikes and squat make the thighs bigger (muscular) or help lose the fat? Both, cycling and squats build muscle while burning fat, resulting in a toned look. And both are effective workouts, also try lunges, stairs, and running.
