I go to the gym often (3-4 times) and I primarily run on the treadmill as a work out besides weights. About two days ago, my right knee started to hurt and yesterday it swelled a little, and I get really strange pangs of pain when I am just normally walking that almost make me cripple to the ground. This doesn't happen when I bend it, just when I straighten my leg. What type of stretches should I do to help make it better, should I ice it or go to the doctor?
