Depends on how intense your workouts are and how many calories you’re consuming, but in general losing weight requires daily, or at least every other day exercise. Try splitting up your workouts to 3-4x a week for 30 minutes, the more frequently you exercise the faster your body will get adjusted to it. You’re definitely on the right track, work your way up.

Hi. So I have had a lack of energy for about 2 years and i have gone to multiple doctors and nothing has helped so I tried working out and it has helped tremendously. However I am not a fan of rigorous exercise I have just started working out seriously for the first time. I go to the gym at my college 2x a week for an hour each day and i have started to practice yoga for relaxation about once a week. I was wondering if this is enough to get to a healthy weight and to get fit.
