What would you recommend doing to stay in shape when you are sick?
Drink a lot of water and eat foods rich in antioxidants and vitamins such as leafy greens and citrus fruits
Don’t exercise if your symptoms are severe, take it easy until you recover
Move as much as possible. If you’re not seriously ill, do chores around the house or take a walk outside - staying in bed makes you more tired while being active speeds up recovery and relieves congestion
Do mild-moderate intensity exercises like walking, stretching, yoga or hand weights
