Persist. I know the opinions of family can be annoying at best and destructive at worst, but you are your own person, you make your own decisions, and you are doing something amazing. It’s not easy to stick to a healthy lifestyle, and those who won’t do it try to bring down those who are doing it. You should be incredibly proud of yourself. Have patience and keep it up.

Hey, i have a question (: i used to be a chubby child, but just a few minths ago (about 4) i started workinh out hard and eating clean. I have lost some weight and am really feeling great about myself (which rarely happens for me). But my family, who are rather thick (fat) keep telling me i dont need to work out anymore yadda yadda. It really discourages me too. What should i do?
