I'm going on a winter euro trip for 7 weeks and won't have much time to do much of my jogging because i'll be on a tour and constantly on the go. I'll also be exposed to a lot of carbs. What exercises would you recommend for me to do say before bed or in the morning to keep fit?

A simple 15-20 min routine, such as

  • 2 minute stretch
  • 20 jumping jacks
  • 10 body weight squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 25 crunches/bicycle kicks
  • 10 lunges
  • 1 minute plank
    Repeat 3-4x 

This in addition to constant walking and touring should help you keep fit during the trip
