Hey, I reall really need some advice. I've just started doing some cardio work to burn off a lot of fat I gained over my final year of school... I really wanna get toned, but I haven't a clue what to do or where to start. I was thinking of joining a gym but I'm pretty strapped for cash... what kind of exercises can I do? How do I work out my whole body? Is there a limit for beginners? And should I burn some of my bulge before I start toning? Any help would be much appreciated!
You don’t need a gym to get a good workout, some exercises you can do at home/around your neighborhood:
Cardio (aim for 3-4x a week for at least 20-30 min)
- Walking
- Running
- Cycling
- Jump Rope
- Jumping Jacks
- Stairs
Strength
- Push ups
- Crunches
- Planks
- Squats
- Lunges
Also do home workout videos.
Start by decreasing body fat through cardio and incorporate strength training to tone muscle. There’s no limit for beginners, exercise as much as you can and you’ll build endurance.
