help! i need your advice. so yesterday was election day and i work for the elections department overseeing 10 precincts. i was up from 3am tuesday morning till 1am last night. because my job was so stressful i ended up not eating at all yesterday. i had lots of coffee and water but that was it. im afraid i ruined my metabolism by doing this and i want to know how i should eat today. should i eat a huge meal to compensate? or eat normally through out the day? thanks!
