Consider it a break from the hard work you’ve been doing. Candy and junk isn’t healthy but you’re damn right it tastes good, and sometimes you need to indulge and remind yourself 1. what delicious things taste like 2. how great eating healthy makes you feel. So don’t give yourself a hard time if you enjoyed today and start fresh tomorrow.
