1100-1400 is on the low side but since you’re aiming to lose weight, it’s an acceptable range. Try increasing your intake by 100-200 cal if you notice a decrease in energy or if you start plateauing which may indicate your metabolism is adjusting and slowing down.

I'm using MyFitnessPal on my iPhone and it says that I eat about 1100~1400 calories every day depending on how much exercise I get in. Is that too low? I try to balance out my nutrient intake too and eat healthy. I'm 19y.o and 5'5". My goal is to lose 10lbs by mid-December and keep it off. Thanks!
