No, you are not. It’s normal be self conscious about weight. What’s important is making sure these worries don’t take over your life or become a priority over your health. Always remember weight is just a number, a healthy person is more than that. Eat clean nutritious foods, eat enough, and exercise daily or as often as possible to stay fit.
