After you strength train, your muscles expand due to increased blood flow or water retention. It’s usually temporary and a sign your workout was effective. Also, since you’re building muscle, you might feel bigger but remember you’re getting stronger.

Hi! I wanna ask u something:) I don't wanna lose some weights, I just want to be stronger. So when i am at the gym I'm running for like 20 minutes and then doing some strenght excercies. When I come home after that I have rest for a little while, I feel like im fatter, or that my thighs is bigger. Do u know why thay's happening? Thanks! :)
