In times of stress, it’s normal to crave junk food since eating it has a calming effect. But remember, what you want and what you need are two different things - eating junk will make you feel like junk and increase stress, while eating healthy will make you feel energized and focused. So during the next few days, eat as healthy as you can in the dining hall or stock up on healthy snacks like fruit and nuts from the supermarket. Arrgghhh, i have 4 exams in the next 4 days, all of which are requiring serious stress and study and suddenly food has never looked so good. I'm in a college dorm so don't have much food freedom and I really just want to give in to millions of cheese burgers. How do you deal at times like these? You seem to know what's up. Thanks!!
