Is Chobani good for you in terms of nutrition and diet or is it more of a treat for once in a while?

Both. Chobani, like most yogurts, is high in protein and calcium, which is healthy. However,

  • There’s 2 types: 2%, which contains 2% milkfat and has more fat than 0% skim
  • Some flavors are high in sugar - while plain has only 7g per serving, the fruity ones like strawberry have around 19g of sugar per serving, which is pretty high

So the healthiest options are 0% and plain/low sugar flavors, and the less healthy options are 2% and fruity flavors. But it’s still yogurt so as a treat, it’s a good option.
