How are you eating? If you want to get leaner, you have to eat cleaner. I just rhymed unintentionally, I sound like a cheeseball. But yeah, cardio alone doesn’t get you as far as cardio + good diet + strength training. Make sure you’re eating clean, whole foods like fruits and vegetables and grains, and doing some ab focused and total body weight/resistance exercises like crunches, planks, squats, etc.

Hello! I just wanted to ask which machine would be more effective to get in a good workout, an elliptical or a stationary bike? I run regularly as a form of exercise and I've been running for years now. The other day I ran 4 miles and I felt fine except for later when my knee felt weak and like it was going to give out on me. I'm just looking for a low-impact workout. Any tips?

Both are great low-impact workouts, the stationary bike may be easier on your knees. If you want to focus on cardio, try either on a low-medium resistance and increase distance. If you want to tone/build muscle, try a higher resistance with medium distance.
